Instructions

Boil water in a large pot, then add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions. After cooking, drain the noodles and set them aside

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the chopped onion and a teaspoon of minced garlic. Sauté for about two minutes, then add the peeled shrimp and stir until fully cooked

Next, add the sliced bell pepper and carrot, and stir well. Cook for about 3 minutes, then add the noodles and mix all the ingredients together

Then add the soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, and black pepper. Stir all the ingredients well until the seasonings are evenly distributed over the noodles

Then add the egg and gently stir it in. Cover the noodles and let them cook over medium heat until the egg is fully set. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired
