We wash the chicken breasts thoroughly and cut them into medium-sized cubes, then season them with salt and black pepper

In a large skillet, heat the oil, then add the chicken pieces and cook them until they turn golden brown and are fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for about a minute. Then, add the sliced onions, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and stir well until all the ingredients are combined. Let them cook on the heat for about 3 minutes

After that, return the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir them with the vegetables. Then, add the soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Dissolve a teaspoon of cornstarch in a quarter cup of chicken broth or water

Then, stir the ingredients well to coat everything with the sauce and let it cook on the heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and everything is heated through

Serve the chicken stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired
