of Soy sauce

of Salt

of Red Chilli Powder

In a pot over the stove, melt a tablespoon of butter, then add the chicken breasts (after washing them thoroughly and seasoning with salt and black pepper). Add a tablespoon of chopped garlic and cook the chicken, turning it until browned on all sides

Then add the sliced green onions and a teaspoon of chili powder. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and stir the ingredients well

Then add about 2 cups of water and let it come to a boil. Next, add a package of noodles (any type of noodles available). You can add salt to taste. Before the noodles are fully cooked, crack an egg on top and let it cook until done (alternatively, you can boil the egg separately, cut it in half, and add it to the noodles when serving).

Serve hot and garnish with green onions and a little grated carrot
