In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until softened. Next, add the minced garlic and sauté briefly. After that, add the chopped carrot and celery, and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender

Next, add the chopped tomatoes and cook them with the other ingredients for about 5 minutes. Then, add approximately 3 cups of water and season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Stir well, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes

Then, add the seafood mix to the pot and stir well to combine all the ingredients. Cook on the heat for about 7 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked

Then, serve the soup in deep bowls and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices
