Instructions

Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, then cut each breast in half. Season them with salt and black pepper

Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on the flour, then coat each chicken slice with the flour mixture

In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook for 2 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside

In the same skillet, add chicken broth or a cup of water and lemon juice. Let the mixture boil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the capers (optional) and let it cook for an additional minute. (You can also add a tablespoon of cooking cream, if desired)

Next, add the chicken slices back to the skillet and let them cook for about 3 minutes to absorb the flavors. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot
