                                    Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley, and cut the bell pepper and chili pepper (optional) into small pieces

                                    In a small bowl, pour half a cup of cold water, then add white vinegar, oil, lemon juice, a minced garlic clove, salt, and black pepper
