Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Also, boil the eggs (you can adjust the quantity according to your preference)

Place the green beans in boiling water with a little salt and cook them for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp

In a large serving dish, place the lettuce cut into relatively large pieces. Then add the tomatoes and onions, sliced. Next, add the boiled potatoes and green beans (which can be cut to your liking). Finally, add the olives, boiled eggs (cut into quarters), and tuna

In a small bowl, combine about 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, a tablespoon of mustard, a minced garlic clove, and salt and black pepper (to taste). Mix well until the ingredients are well combined

Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and gently toss to evenly distribute the dressing over the ingredients
