Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until cooked according to the package instructions. Then, drain it and set it aside

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add a tablespoon of minced garlic, basil leaves, and red chili pepper flakes . Stir until the garlic becomes golden. Add the tomatoes after cutting them into small pieces and add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir the ingredients until well combined and let it cook for about 20 minutes until the sauce thickens. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little of the pasta cooking water to thin it out

Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and mix them well until the pasta is completely coated with the sauce. Then, serve the pasta in serving dishes and garnish with chopped parsley and a little grated Parmesan cheese
