Place a large pot of water on the stove until it boils. Add a little salt and cumin to it. While the water is boiling, add the grape leaves evenly and leave them in the boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes

To prepare the stuffing, place 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot over the stove. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they soften. Then add tomato juice, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and a teaspoon of garlic. Add the spices (salt, black pepper, cumin, and stuffed vegetable seasoning), mix the mixture well, and let it cook until it thickens

After that, wash the rice thoroughly. Chop the dill, cilantro, and parsley into small pieces and add them to the mixture

Place a small amount of the stuffing on each grape leaf and roll it tightly

Arrange the stuffed grape leaves in a pot, then add the broth (meat or chicken, depending on availability). Optionally, add lemon juice. Place a heavy plate on top of the stuffed grape leaves and let them cook on low heat for about 45 minutes until they are done

If meat or chicken broth is not available, you can add water with a tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and a cube of ready-made chicken broth
